We accept events from venues, promoters, communities, schools, charities, and individuals—anything that’s open to the public (or clearly marked as private/ticketed).
What you’ll need
Please include as much detail as possible:

Date and start/end time

Location (venue + area)

Entry details (free / ticket price / booking link)

Contact info (phone, email, or social page)

A high-quality poster or event image
Before you submit

Submit at least 72 hours before the event starts (earlier is better).

One event per submission (repeat events are welcome—just mention the schedule).

Please make sure your details are accurate—wrong times/locations may delay approval.

We don’t post content that is offensive, misleading, or unsafe.
After you submit

We review submissions and may edit for clarity (spelling, formatting, category).

If something is missing, we may contact you for confirmation.

Once approved, your event will appear on ExploreLusaka and may be shared on our social channels.
